About almost 30 years ago an older gentleman told me that he believed that a small civil war was going to break out. He predicted it would happen in 30 years time then. He said that it was going to be between the whites and the low blacks. He said that there would be righteous blacks who will side with the whites and very liberal white who will side with the low blacks. It is almost thirty years later.
