Not only Pollard but what about getting Chaim's old charges cleared so he can reapply for entry into Israel?

MAYBE GWB HAS A TINY BIT OF DECENCY LEFT IN HIS SOUL

It is a good idea, though Chaim and Pollard would probably be handled by different departments.  You know bureaucracy.
