This is the result you get when the large black minority does not come out in droves to vote like they did on general election day in November. Without Obama to vote for at the top of the ticket many many blacks that voted in November decided not to vote yesterday in GA.

Again this all proves that the majority of blacks who showed up on election day in November only showed up because Obama was black. Take the "First Black President" out of the equation and they go back to their very low voter rates.
