The red line isn't at all. It's just placed where it is, pointing the way it is, by the real conspirator, so that there are 3 dots on either side, as equidistant as he could make them.. And then the real conspirator then chose to join the dots on either side in arcs to get a menorah shape. That picture won't predict a thing. The picture only works with an even number of attacks. if there are more attacks, G-d forbid, then there is a 50/50 chance of an attack being on either side of the line, so there is a 25% chance that after the next 2 attacks, one will be on one side and one on the other and the picture will still have held up. 75% that it won't hold up. The only reason why it works so far is that he only just made the picture after those attacks, and put the line in where he did, pointing as it does, so that it would fit with 3 dots either side fairly equidistant.
