Why SamanthaTheCat?

The SamanthaTheCat account was initially opened by me to play a practical joke on someone. It's a long story I don't want to go into, but after I accomplished what I set out to do, I just started using that account to post JTF stuff. No, I don't have a cat. Or a dog. No pets.

Cats are ok. My parents have one, and we had one when we were kids. I just don't care to have pets around my house. I am an obsessed record collector and stereophile. If a pet ever damaged any of my valuable records it wouldn't be good. Besides, I am so busy all the time I just wouldn't have time to care for a pet. I had an oscar once. That's this fish that eats mice, as well as other fish. I guess if there is that type of entertainment value then a pet is ok, but still, even a fish tank is too much work. I'd rather be working on my computer making CD transfers of the latest obscure 60's Indonesian girl garage band LP that I unearthed from the abyss of obscurity!!
