The supreme court  as well as several other courts with conservatives judges ruled on the birth certificate cases and they threw them out.  There is nothing Savage could do.
I am critical of him on many many issues however I don't think the birth certificate thing is something to be too upset at him about.
Every lower court that took these cases threw them out as well, mostly due to lack of standing.  If anyone is to blame, it is the courts, because they do not recognize the right of any citizen to challenge eligibility of a presidential candidate. 

I believe Savage said that he dismisssed all the birth certificate stuff until he heard about Phil Berg, who Savage saw as a more legitimate source because of his position as the attorney general of NJ.  Phil Berg lost all credibility when he said he would represent the fake "african press international."

The birth certificate stuff should be disregarded unless a legitimate source can produce immediate evidence, not empty promises.  So far, everyone who has said they have evidence of something has produced nothing of importance.

I gave him the benefit of the doubt but when he helped throw the election to Obama, I stopped listening to him.  He's an egomaniac and a fraud.  He contradicts himself from day to day and would have Hamas on his show if they would help his ratings and kiss his butt. Constantly basing his opinions on other talk show hosts on if they came to his defense...or making listeners recite segments of his life. Even that fraud O'Reilly gives the money he makes in his store to charity.  Savage is all about making more money and helped Obama because he knew that it would help his career.  He always takes a position that you don't expect on issues, which is a classic media ploy to keep you coming back.  Some columnists do this so the audience comes back wanting to know the person's opinion on different issues.  I'm ashamed that I was fooled for as long as I was and Chaim and CF were again right from the beginning.
