Obama Says Economy Will Get Worse Before It Gets Better

This is unbelievable.  Obama's whole platform before the election was about how the Republicans were screwing up the economy and that his plans were the answer.  You know the Change and the We Can. People voted for him primarily because he said he will solve the economic crisis.  Now he is saying in effect that the problem is over his head and that things are going to get worse before they get better.  He isn't the only one saying this.  The media is also saying that this problem with the economy is too big for even Obama to handle and that we are screwed.  They are painting Obama as a victim who unfairly inherited this mess that Bush created.  Now this is being said before Obama is even in the White House.  The media is already excusing Obama for not being able to turn the economy around by 2012 before he even can screw things up.  Right now the media is saying Obama can do no wrong no matter what he does in the next 4 years.

You know the stuff that Obama wants to do will not at all help the economy and has been tries and failed i.e borrow half a trillion for a corporate stimulus package and bailout the auto industry with billions and billions of dollars.

By saying this early on, Hussein is inoculating himself against the deteriorating economy.  Then when the economy appears to improve, he'll take credit.  From a political standpoint, it's a smart move.
