I like grilling sandwiches with whole-grain bread, cheese, some kind of meat, and either fried tomato or pepper. I know that this is neither kosher nor to Chaim's high health standards, but I personally believe this is healthy.

My mom cook for me. Here in Germany we eat a lot Potatoes. I also eat some vegetable. I am not that big or fat. I can go to McDonalds and I don't get fat.
By the way, in out Supermarket we sell paprika from Israel.

The portions at your McDonalds are probably more reasonable than they are here.
