I never liked Powell even when he was the star of Desert Storm under Bush 41. Powell seemed good on face value but if you listened to him speak it was plain to see he was not that sharp and much in favor of every affirmative action thing under the sun. At the first opportunity he stayed true to form and stabbed the Bush administration right in the back. "They is what they is" and nothing will ever change it.
