"Prophet said: 'He who played chess is like one who dyed his hand with the flesh and blood of swine.'"

"Prophet said that if a mouse falls in the solid ghee (cooking oil) take it out, throw off what is around it and use the rest."

ON FUNERALS
"Mohammed said, 'The deceased is punished because of the weeping of his relatives.'"

ON HEALTH
"The prophet ordered them to follow his camels, and drink their milk and urine, so they followed the camels and drank their milk and urine till their bodies became healthy."
(Vol. 7:590)
"Mohammed said, 'If a housefly falls in the drink of anyone of you, he should dip it (in the drink), for one of its wings has a disease and the other has the cure for the disease.'"

ON HYGIENE
"It is reliably reported that Muhammed used to wash his head with marsh-mallow after having sexual intercourse."

"Prophet said: 'When anyone wipes his anus with pebbles, he should do this an odd number of times.'"

ON STONING PREGNANT WOMEN
"Prophet said: 'Do not stone the adulteress who is pregnant until she has had her child.' After the birth she was put into a ditch up to her chest and the Prophet commanded them to stone her. Khalid came forward with a stone which he threw at her head, and there spurted blood on the face of Khalid and he cursed her. The gentle Prophet prayed over her and she was buried."

ON LIFE AFTER DEATH
"Mohammed said, 'I was shown the Hell-fire and that the majority of its dwellers are women.'"

ON MENSTRUATION
"When a person has sexual intercourse with his wife as she is menstruating, he should give half a dinar to charity for this act of transgression."

ON MORNINGS
"Prophet said: 'When anyone awakes from sleep, he must clean his nose three times, for devil spends the night in interior of his nose.'"

"Prophet said: 'When anyone wakes up from sleep, he should wash his hands three times before putting them in the utensil, for he does not know where his hand was during the night.'"
