A guy who was participating in terrorist recruitment and terrorist activity finally asked Al-Qaeda why he should continue murdering people?.  Instead of giving him a rational response like he hoped for, they instead ordered him to go to Iraq and cause chaos there.  He knew they weren't answering his question and instead were ordering him, so it was at that point that he quit working for the terrorist network.  Now he says he wants to try and convince young people in those countries that they are being brain washed and that they shouldn't join in on terrorism.

I saw this. I have to admit that while I commend him for this, I am highly suspicious. I think he genuinely dislikes terrorism, but had his life threatened by Jihadis after putting these views forward. Fearing for his life, he went to British Intelligence and asked them to protect him. Since he has already been outted, he is no value to the Brits as a covert informer. Instead, he has been commanded to serve as a youth 'role model' if he wants protection.

This guy is a 'smart' Arab.  He's lying.

If they're willing to kill us, I think they're willing to lie to us.

OBL is dead, and who cares about him anyway?  He's one Arab out of a billion.

I've read that Osama Bin Laden has condemned Al Qaeda's actions against fellow Muslims in Iraq.

There is a Pakistani journalist (can't remember his name) that is Bin Laden's "go to" man when it comes to public relations. This journalist was recently interviewed on a Conservative Christian radio show and said that OBL now realizes that not all Westerners are evil. He says that he believes only the governments in the West are anti-Islam and that the Christian people are on his side.

I believe that Osama Bin Laden is getting ready to change his public stance against terrorism. I know this sounds crazy, but there is precedent. If OBL can remake himself as a peacemaker then he can become another Yasser Arafat. If OBL were to be recognized by the international community, then he could become the de-facto leader of the Muslim Nation.

Believe it or not, I believe that OBL will try to remake himself as a peacemaker after the next set of terror attacks takes place against Western targets.

We already know that half of America (Liberals) and most of Europe (Nazis) would be willing to take sides with OBL. The only thing missing is international recognition. OBL can get UN recognition if he "plays a few cards" in the style of his predecessor Arafat.

OBL as a peacemaker? Try convincing the family members of the victims of 9/11. OBL being a peacemaker is like Charles Manson being a peacemaker.
