This is the type of audience they are seeking.
They are looking for young, violent, angry men who are easily manipulated.
And, as Dan stated above, that is one of the reasons that in American prisons you will find Muslim ministries.
Young men go into the penal system in the U.S.A. without any prior religious beliefs, and end up after a short amount of time becoming swallowed up into Islam.
