150 years ago, there were very few Arabs in the Land of Israel. The overwhelming majority of the Arabs came up to the Land of Israel only after the Jews began to cultivate and develop the land 130 years ago. The Arabs came up to the Land of Israel mainly from Egypt in order to find work and a livelihood. There never was a state of "Palestine", and there never was a "Palestinian" people.
