If Affirmative Action in California has been repealed then why is Stanford University 10% Black non-Hispanic?

Always thought we in the UK were well ahead of you on the road to destruction. Seems not always. Oxford University has 85% applications from whites and 87% acceptances.

Because Stanford is private and that law applies only to public schools.
