Good for them. More "Down to Earth" than any of the accented upper-crust Household Guard snobs on their way to a career in the City. And much better than the bunch of swindling white queers which the Royals like to surround themselves with inside the gates, for whatever reason, but that's another story for another day.

It's my understanding that the Brits have long considered the Sikhs to be strong soldiers, as well as the Gurkhas (sp?) from Nepal.

This looks a bit freaky.  I know Sikhism is a legitimate religion and not a cult, but nonetheless, it looks strange.  I'm sure the Brits would not be too happy about this as well.
