Obama's reaching out to religious communities -- "we are partners with G-d"

Does he really expect support from any Christians or Jews at this point for totally dissing faith, and clinging to his Muslim ties when he speaks in Muslim nations?  What kind of fools does he think we are?

This one is on politico site.  I am stunned that he believes that people think he is spiritual after his church ties and the fact that he voted several times for late term abortion in Chicago, to the point where that law even prevents babies to live and those that survive to die in laundry bins.  I am stunned that this man who called America a Muslim nation, and that he is the first president to not attend a prayer breakfast, would even begin to ask for support from the religious community.

There comments on Politico on both sides of this issue, but in his arrogance apparently he was trying to reach out to many Rabbis by quoting Scripture.  I am sorry, my stomach is turning, anyone wish to comment on this.  I feel like he is capable of anything, is so full of deceit.  Maybe he does consider himself to be a g-d somehow.  I am just appalled and stunned.  What does it say in the Koran about it is okay to lie like a rug for whatever purposes you have?

I'm not a 'comparative theologian', but I do know something about Christianity and its Jewish roots.  I'd like to be shown the verse in the Bible that can be construed as saying that we have 'partnership' with God.  On the contrary, there's several spots in the Scriptures that use such language as 'bond-servant' status for the believer, and a bond-servant is about as far from a partner as it gets.

As for other major religions, I'd be curious if there's any hint anywhere of 'partnership' status with God.  It's hard to imagine such a line in the Koran ..... maybe the closet Muslim picks & chooses from a 'Kafeteria Koran'.

It's a little too late for this, now.

No, he showed his true colors when he made that speech saying "America is not a Christian nation".

I sure hope the "Christians" do not fall for this.

I do not partner with his g-d, for his g-d is not the G-d of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

I TRULY WISH WE COULD GET A THROWING UP SMILEY, BECAUSE I WOULD BE USING IT RIGHT HERE....

notice how obama only speaks to religious leaders when he has a new agenda to fulfill.

Amen to all the above.  Including the smilies that vomit.  I know there is evil here, I just do not know how much is just some demented personality or something truly evil.  No real Bible believing Christian, who knows the Bible, or has any real spiritual life at all can believe this.  I do know Christians who were looking for a handout and drunk the koolaid, but there is no one who understands anything in Scripture who can support the policies of this far left, socialistic, agenda where Islam is touted as a religion of peace, and throws Israel under the bus.  I admit I have met a few who has some disturbed thinking towards this man, and well, let's put it this way, I did not want to fellowship with them, and left the church. 

Nope.  No way.  Not going to associate with evil, or evil opinions, or ridiculous doctrine that is totally unfounded in the Bible.  Nope. 

The most bizarre aspect of this is the total lack of understanding of an Almighty, all knowing, powerful, G-d, who will not be mocked.  How on earth can any supposedly intelligent man even begin to think that they have fooled Christians or Jews with the policies and actions that have taken place?  And how on earth can any human being think they can partner with an all powerful G-d.  It is simply beyond my comprehension.  G-d is to be served, obeyed, loved, adored, reverenced and anyone with any sense better have a healthy fear of G-d, which it seems the current administration has a total lack of fear for anything or anyone. 

Needless to say I spend a great deal of time in prayer over this issue.

Cynthia, I say my Shema many times throughout the day and evening, and begin to beg G-d to remove the evil take has taken hold of our Country.

Baby killings are still legal, homosexuality is rampant, people worshipping a man ( obamanation ) who was not even eligible to serve as a FBI agent!
A man who is allowing iran to go forth with their nuclear weapons, while he spits on Israel and dictates when and where they can build. A man who was raised muslim by his athiest marxist mom and his indonisian muslim father. A man who said in his own book ' I stand with the muslims '
I pray a lot, I pray and pray because it's up to G-d now to intervien. Never in a million years did I dream it could get this bad.
 
A terrorist who blows up a plane is let loose,  charges against the black panther party ( black muslims intimidating voters ) dropped by the Justice Dept, the list is endless.
A police officer is reduced to a whimp and placed on display at the white house to sit and have a beer with the man he arrested, no apology given from the obamanation for his racial preferences.

Yes Cynthia, it's bad and getting worse, however I have no doubts that G-d will intervien. let us keep praying, we Jews and Gentiles must keep letting G-d know how much we love him and fear him and our Prayers are sure to be answered.

Absolutely!!!  Faith and actions working together.  G-d is my life and my heart.  Everyday, everyday, He is uppermost in my heart and in my actions.  I know that in the end the righteous win, those who love G-d, adore, worship, reverence, obey and fear Him.
