Yes, I agree with you AllenT, I thought I made that mistake when I landed both at Heathrow and the Lester B. Pearson airport in Toronto. Both places the customs officials looked nor spoke English.... What a horrible world... The thing that was worse, this rag head was arguing with me in MY country.

Was not Martin Luther from Germany? I don't know about your statement about the British, perhaps the British Elitists but not all. Actually, the views held by the British where those held by almost every, if not all of Europe at one time or another. Partially because they followed corrupted Kings and "Religious" leaders; Luther being one and many Pope's before him.
I feel it is more of a 3 group movement against the Christian and the Jew (especially any Conservatism): Elitists, Socialist/Communist and the Muslims.
There is a very good movie on google video called "The Capitalist Conspiracy" based from Skousen's fabulous book "The Naked Capitalist". Enjoy...
