Are Indians, Pakistanis, and all brown people from those types of countries all considered Muslim?

In my understanding Islam is a belief system not a race... As a result there are all kinds of colors of Muslims...

By Muslims, yes.  By the people themselves, no, not necessarily.

According to Muslims/Islam, even all the world's animals are Muslim, including goats, cows, etc.   But maybe not pigs or apes....  Not sure.
