I don't believe Yakov is guilty. I think he was forced to confess. Chaim rightfully observed that arrest occurred just in time for the annual Rabin cry-fest and I suspect that bolsheviks need another bogey man on the right and another opportunity to kick rabbi Kahane. Almost every article in the Israeli press contains derogatory remarks against Kahane and other "psychopaths" on the right. Unfortunately police invested so much in the defamation of this Jewish hero, I don't think he'll be a free man until he is very, very old. And this is a real tragedy!
