What a great post Philipino Jew. I have had many Philipino friends over the years and the one thing they never seemed to be able to integrate into their idea of me was that I was Jewish. No matter how many times I would tell them, they would inevitably wish me happy Easter and Merry Christmas. Yet I knew they really cared for me. was this just the depth of the culture's antisemitism?
many pilipino is catholic so can always hear that jews are bad jews killed jesus and jews has been forsaken but G-d... sometimes they called me im the pagan how come..i never bow to any idol like they do in there cathedral diff types of maria and sto nino.. thats why im not questioning myself how my country is poor bcoz of the idolism and paganism across the country there wer so many superstitious belief ..wer u from ?

Yes, some of the Jewish nation was responsible for the death of Jesus, but THAT WAS G-d's PLAN ALL ALONG. All throughout The Tanach G-d said that he was going to send the messiah into the world and he would be rejected by most of the Jewish nation in the same way the prophets were rejected before him. They know this and they will bear the consequences. Do you as the Jewish nation obey G-d and follow the commandments as written in your Torah? Well then you have nothing to fear since you are and always will be and always have been G-d's chosen nation. I do not condemn the Jews as a nation for what happened to my Jesus, rather I pray that come judgement day that G-d has mercy upon those responsible for his death, for his wrath will be poured out upon them.

This is a Jewish forum. You're welcome to believe what you believe, but don't try to use the tanach to justify Christian doctrine.

I dare to tell me where does it "say" so in the Tanach. The Messiah can't be rejected and once he comes the Salvation of the righteous Gentiles and the Jewish people is here. Btw, talking about prophets.. one who is rejected by the Sanhedrin cannot be a Prophet, according to Torah.

Well its kinda stupid, but if Jesus's purpose was to die for everybody's sins, then Jews and Romans were just a tool of G-d. In any case, he asked G-d to forgive everybody cause they didn't know what they were doing. So there it is...

Wow...I find it amazing that the text actually changes when you spell out a name ...does this word b i b l e offend...if so then that would explain why the word tanach was written in the place of the aforementioned word. I apologise for my ignorance.
