Ron Kuby is a lawyer... In our society even the bad guys are entitiled to a fair trial. I blame the prosecutor fo the Kahane trial for not introducing sufficent evidence to get a conviction... Dont blame Kuby for doing his job of defending a client. we need lawyers like him to challenge the constituion and make it stronger by doing so.
