He deserves to be put to death for practicing Law? You energy is misdirected which is where your argument breaks down. You see instead of Hating Kuby and wishing he be put to death you should be in here arguing that the prosection should have done and continue to due a better job at prosectiing then he does at defending. These arguments being made on this subject matter make everyone sound like sore losers. dont hate Kuby because he is a brilliant defense lawyer. Hate the Prosecutors who cant get their act together to forge a conviction...

For the SECOND time: The point is that kuby is a sellout and a traitor...this is NOT about his occupation.
That being said, nearly ALL defense lawyers (and lawyers in general) ARE psychopathic scum...just like kuby.

So would you say our Legal system in the USA is a dysfunction because even when we know as the General pubic that somnone is guilty they would still be entitled to a good defense and fair trial?

The question is HOW did the Founding Fathers define the word 'fair' in the Constitution? Do you not think that they intended 'fairness' to be attributed to BOTH sides?
Is that not what the word 'fair' means in the first place?
The problem is that wealthy defendants can afford the best lawyers to get them off. In this scenario, a fair trial is NEVER possible.

Kahane HY"D knew that his movement was attracting all kinds of Jews and gentiles,

I am astounded that an intelligent man like Kuby who worked so closely with this
generation's greatest Jewish leader, failed to develop Jewish pride, and failed to

No lawyer who is a righteous man would even think of defending a muslim terrorist. Kuby did it because they hated Rabbi Kahane, Judaism(Kuby is an atheist/communist) and hate America. The terrorists he got off eventually perpetrated the first WTC bombing.
