Federal Judge Carter sets Trial Date for Obama ' s Eligibility!



The expedited trial has been set for Jan.. 26, 2010!



Many concerned veterans and citizens attended the hearing in
Federal Court in Santa Ana in the lawsuit against Barack
Obama to determine his eligibility to be President
and Commander in Chief. About 150 people showed up, almost all
in support of the lawsuit to demand that Obama release his birth
certificate and other records that he has hidden from the American
people.



Judge David Carter refused to hear Obama ' s request for dismissal.  He
indicated there was almost no chance that this case would be dismissed.
Obama is arguing this lawsuit was filed in the wrong court if you can
believe that. Obama would prefer a "kangaroo court"
instead of a Federal court! Assuming Judge Carter denies Obama ' s motion
for dismissal, he will likely then order expedited discovery which will
force Obama to release his birth certificate in a timely manner
(if he has one)..



The judge, WHO IS A FORMER U.S. MARINE, repeated several times that this
is A VERY SERIOUS CASE which must be resolved quickly so that the troops
know that their Commander in Chief is eligible to hold that position and issue lawful
orders to our military in this time of war. He basically said
OBAMA MUST PROVE HIS ELIGIBILITY to the court! He said Americans deserve
to know the truth about their President!



The two U.S.. Attorneys representing Barack Obama tried everything they
could to sway the judge that this case was frivolous, but Carter would
have none of it and cut them off several times. Obama ' s attorneys
left the courtroom after about the 90 minute hearing looking defeated and
nervous.



Great day in America for the U.S. Constitution! The truth
about Barack Obama ' s eligibility will be known fairly soon - Judge
Carter practically guaranteed it!

Judge CARTER bears a resemblence to President BUSH. 

I'm hoping that Judge Carter rules that our Muslim President must produce his birth certificate, but I wouldn't count on it.

It's possible that Osama was born in Hawaii. But for me, that's no longer the key issue in this case.

What bothers me most is that a candidate for President wasn't required to prove that he was indeed born in the USA and eligible for the Office, and has the continuing arrogance to refuse to release his birth certificate even after election.

No Judge wants to be involved with this it seems.  As soon as anyone tries to bring this to court, its immediately dismissed.  Everyone is too scared that they will be labeled as crazy wackos to do anything.  Maybe as Obama loses his popularity and his immunity from criticism, Judges may finally be more willing to do whats right; but not yet.

The truth is Obongo was indeed born in Hawaii.

The shocker is that his biological father was not Barack Hussein Obama Sr.  His biological father was, in fact, Frank Marshall Davis, a black communist who fled to Hawaii during the era of the McCarthy hearings and he used his white wife to seduce then 17 year old Ann Dunham into a three way sexual encounter in which he impregnated her.  Ann Dunham was statutorally raped by this black communist animal and she found Obama Sr. as a patsy on whom she could pin the pregnancy and also have a father figure for Obama Jr.  This is why he fled when Obama Jr. was two years old, and he never looked back.  She must have told him that there was someone else who could have been the father and indeed, she knew exactly who he was...  Frank Marshall Davis. 

If only I could get a sprig of his hair, I could also take a cheek scraping from any one of Davis' known biological adult children and send it in for DNA testing.  The result would prove with 99.99999 certainty that Obama is the son of this black communist and is a chip off the old block and this is why he is deliberately leading the USA into a communist hell hole.  This would be far more explosive than the fictitious Kenyan birth certificate which is a red herring and all discussion of this detracts from the actual facts.

Conveniently, none of his white relatives are alive to tell the tale, as the last one, Toots Dunham, died shortly before he took office after Obama visited her in Hawaii alone and without his security detail.  Her body was cremated and scattered at sea, therefore no evidence of foul play can be assessed.  Clearly Obama Jr. knew the family secret and couldn't risk it coming to light.  Toots was too big of a liability and she had to be eliminated.  Obama is far more ruthless than most people can imagine.  Destroying the very country he is purporting to lead is nothing compared to what he has already done.
