Israel calling ambassadors home?

It seems to be all over the internet. What is this about. The reasons given are for a conference. But, with the timing and the interesting fact that it hasn't been done before, what is this really for? Anyone have info?

It would be nice if it was a budget move.  That they realized that diplomacy has been a total waste and were suspending it until they could put together a policy, foreign and domestic, that does not apologize for Jewish survival and success.

It might be that Israel is serious an attack on Iran and telling diplomats what to say
