Teitel Tells of Plans for Additional Terror Acts

(IsraelNN.com) Yaakov “Jack” Teitel of Shvut Rachel, who was arrested in October and accused of terrorist acts including murders and bombings, has told his interrogators of a series of additional acts which he planned but never carried out.

Teitel said that he planned to abduct an Arab and videotape his execution in order to spark Arab riots. He also planned to bomb a Jerusalem pub for homosexuals and to carry out a large scale bomb attack against the “Gay Pride” parade, with the aid of a motorized model airplane packed with explosives.

He did not carry out this attack because he could not afford the construction of the explosive model airplane, he said.

Upon his arrest, the media reported police suspicions that Teitel also carried out the shooting attack on a club for homosexuals in Tel Aviv in which two youths were killed. This suspicion turned out to be unfounded.
