Israel bad taste commercial for tourism

What the hecks up with the black guy and the lewd comments? Is Israel having to resort to sexual dialect to attract people to the land now? Why not a video of Jerusalems hot spots and religious sights, or a video of the Galilee or even Eilat and the beaches and popular scuba diving spots?
