I have the feeling that the "American administration" will use this possible release as new way to pressure Israel into giving even more land, the perfect excuse for all the self hating Israeli government to act as asked.
This that situation is very similar to what's happening with Guilad Shalit.
Those two Jews who fought and gave their life for jewish people are used to blackmail Israel, from Islamic vermin we're used to, but the way USA have been acting in the Pollard case is absolutely disgusting.
Both are Lose/Lose situations...
Both Pollard and Shalit really need our prayers.
