http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=135097LONDON – Britain's top secret Government Communications Headquarters has revealed that among its key weapons systems in the war against terrorism in Afghanistan is one controlled from an old shipping container in Helmut province, according to a report from Joseph Farah's G2 Bulletin.
The container is the work station of the linguists and analysts who work 12-hour shifts on a 12/7 schedule to eavesdrop on the Taliban.
A number of them are women, sitting at desks inside the container to track the communications of Taliban leaders.
Beside them sit GCHQ analysts and military intelligence officers.
The GCHQ team members are known as the "Geek Brigade," a comment on its male members wearing shorts, socks and sandals at work.
At the operation's base, tucked away on the outskirts of Cheltenham in England, their colleagues are only a little better dressed as they track other terrorist calls around the globe or spot a telling e-mail from a foreign government.
It is from there that messages come and go from the shipping container.
