The shvartza Administration has decided for some time now that it was not going take any sort of action against Iran. They beat around the bush a bit but at this point if they are not going to take concrete action it might just be best to drop the issue. Iran knows they are not going to take action and is making fools of them by simply ignoring them and continuing on.
