The gist of this piece consists of Bolton saying that Obama has come to placidly accept that Iran will indeed go nuclear, and how then Obama, et al, will try to contain the inherent fallout (pardon the pun) of a middle-eastern arms race (a race among rival Muslim nations, ironically).
All in all, it's a levelheaded piece by Bolton, similar to a lot of stuff posted here. HOWEVER, Bolton missed something that I genuinely believe about Obama. In my opinion, Obama does not look at Iran getting the bomb as 'a pile of lemons' (to parrot a phrase in this piece). My guesstimate is that Obama privately views the Iranians getting the bomb as a some kind of appropriate Muslim counterweight to the Israel's presumed nuclear capacity.
