Europe's rise of anti-Islam sentiment
« on: June 20, 2010, 10:37:44 PM »

A national defense and terrorism expert is encouraged that an anti-Islamic party led by a controversial Dutch politician made a very respectable showing during the recent elections in the Netherlands. She sees it as a sign that Europeans are growing tired of the growing influence of Islam on the continent.

Anti-Islam candidate Geert Wilders and his Freedom Party did surprisingly well in those elections, winning 24 seats to finish third after only managing to take nine seats in the last Dutch election.
Brigitte Gabriel is founder and president of ACT! for America, and author of They Must Be Stopped: Why We Must Defeat Radical Islam and How We Can Do It. She says the strong showing indicates that people in the Netherlands -- and elsewhere in Europe -- are shedding the insanity of political correctness.
Brigitte Gabriel"There are parties rising up like the Geert Wilders party and [their] platform is the anti-Islamic agenda," she emphasizes. "...[T]his is something that our elected officials in the United States wouldn't even dare talk about because of political correctness, yet we are seeing parties in Europe rising with [this] platform."
Gabriel says the anti-Islam swing of the political pendulum actually began with the election of French President Nicholas Sarkozy.
"[The French people] were so fed up with Islamic immigration into France that they elected who they would consider a right-wing, half-Jew as president as their loud scream against what the Muslims were doing in the country," says the activist.
Wilders has described Islam as "fascist" and has called for the banning of both the Koran and the burqa in his country.

Europe's irration and eternal hatred for the Jews is known.
