He's just a puppet doing and saying what he's told for his Banking Task Masters - the owners of The Federal Reserve Bank.
He's stupid for putting himself in that position, because it's just like the mob - once you're in you're in for good.
And he's criminally negligent for being a Jew and accepting a highly visible position which will cause America's coming economic collapse to be blamed on "the Jews".
Sounds to me like he's "scrambling" for anything that will put up a smokescreen and stall the inevitable just a little longer (like closer to the end of his term as Chairman of the Fed).
Someone that "high profile" couldn't disappear into private life unless they joined the FBI Witness Protection Program, shaved, changed their name, and moved to Nebraska.
