No there aren't.  Most unwanted White babies are aborted,
unfortunately.

The next best choice after Caucasian babies are Asian babies.
Most affluent White couples I see around me in the Washington,
DC Metro Area who decided to adopt, almost always adopt Asian
babies.

Some people also adopt Ukranian or other East-European babies,
but it is not considered as safe, for various reasons.
