Sarah Palin Poll (Second Time Around)
« on: September 01, 2010, 01:45:40 AM »
Now that I have revealed to the forum that Fag Buchanus (yimach schmo) appears to be supporting Sarah Palin this time around, unlike in 2008--possibly due to her showing that she is a lot less pro-Israel than she claimed--I am rerunning this poll that I did a few weeks ago. For the record--I specifically am referring to Buchanus' 1996 campaign and not his 1999/2000 campaign. Here is the Youtube excerpt of Buchanus explaining the Palins' alleged role with him:

Supposedly, Sarah Palin supported Steve Forbes in 2000. Even that I am not so sure about, but I have a lot less to go on to investigate it. The real year in question is 1996, and as evil and sick as Buchanan is, I am not convinced that he is stupid enough to make up a highly specific lie about her. That could invite a lawsuit, or at least a ferocious and humiliating counterattack--neither of which Palin did, as we all know now. I do believe that all of us at JTF, including myself, were far too willing to think the best of her and overlook the real question marks in her past. Well, now that we see the "real" her in action, we cannot do that anymore.

For the record, I am not trying to prove that she is a true anti-Semite; what is far more likely is that she is either too stupid to know what is going on with Israel and why it is important, or that she simply has no values and principles whatsoever and does not care (probably the latter). In any event, I think that we can succeed in bringing scrutiny to this issue from two years ago. Who knows--we might find the truth out very soon. In my opinion, the sooner that she is completely discredited the better, for we don't want her to suck votes away from Huckabee or Romney in the 2012 primaries.

I really don't know. But there is another option to consider: perhaps the Palins briefly supported Buchanus out of ignorance of his true nature ?

If that is true she should have been honest about it.

Not my first choice, but I'll support her if she is the candidate. For a female candidate, I would favor someone more responsible such as Governor Brewer of Arizona who has been making serious efforts to fight health care and illegal immigration instead of acting as an entertainment figure.

You are right about that. All too often politicians dig their own graves by lying and covering up their past mistakes.

It is looking more and more like Sarah Palin lied about this. If she had come completely clean in 2008 about this, if it happened, this would not be an issue now. But if she is willing to lie about this, it just proves what her character (or lack thereof) is like.

The only one I see making an issue out of this is you. Why do you continue to try to discredit her? She IS Pro-Israel and has more common sense than all the politicians put together out there.

That's why she supports Rand Paul, John McCain, and the two-state "solution"?

One major reason why I still support Sarah Palin is in November,  2009,    she mentioned that the Jewish Settlements should be expanded.     That's a very pro Israel position.        Not many past or present candidates have ever made a statement like this.
"Israel's leaders seem to be more afraid of Obama than they are of G-d. Now we're getting to the real root of the problem. Secular politics won't save Israel. Denying the divine nature of the Jewish State has brought Israel neither stability nor peace. When that changes Israel will finally be blessed with both in abundance"-----------NormanF   ( Posted on Israel Matzav's Blog )

She IS Pro-Israel and has more common sense than all the politicians put together out there.
That's why she supports Rand Paul, John McCain, and the two-state "solution"?

Dr. Brennan Fan,    one thing that is apparent with all of the Republicans who might run for President in 2012 and have a realistic chance to win the nomination,   is they are going to have significant concerns associated with them.     This is the case in the vast majority of elections.     Even with candidates I ultimately strongly support.     Here in the JTF Forum,     you used to bring out many concerns about Mike Huckabee and provided info and observations that really caught my attention.       Much has been mentioned about Mitt Romney,   that makes one think,   is Romney anything close to a solution.     The same with Newt Gingrich and basically all of the potential candidates who have a realistic chance of winning.

While I agree that Sarah Palin made a major mistake by supporting Rand Paul and share your opinion on Rand Paul,     unlike his evil father Ron Paul,     Rand Paul has to the best of my knowledge never made a direct statement against Israel.       He publicly came out in favor of Israel.         Chances are very high that Rand Paul has  used deception.        The bottom line is a multitude of those considered Conservative by most have come out in support of Rand Paul.     Unless one digs deep on Rand Paul like Kentucky blogger Lisa Graas has,      they are likely not going to find the type of info that strongly connects Rand Paul and Ron Paul.        The bottom line is criticism of Sarah Palin is warranted in terms of her coming out in support of Rand Paul.       But Steve Forbes actually came out in support of him before Sarah Palin did.      With Jim DeMint and many others doing to same later on.          All of them warrant criticism for this but it should be kept in the context of how deceptive Rand Paul is.

Not many  ( any )  Governors from Alaska,  who never were in the U.S.  Congress,   have the opportunity to be the V.P nominee.  I have no problem with Sarah Palin deciding to accept John McCain's offer to be his running mate.    Considering the stakes  ( Barack Hussein Obama being elected to the highest position in the United States  ),  it would be difficult to turn down the opportunity to be McCain's running mate.    Regarding Sarah Palin's endorsement of McCain in 2010.   While McCain wasn't my first choice,   McCain did give her an opportunity that most in the political world would never get.    From a human side of the equation,    it's difficult for me to criticize Sarah Palin for her endorsement and support of McCain.    I realize there are legitimate counter points.

Because of the rest of the reply that Sarah Palin made in her  response in the V.P. Debate and all of Sarah Palin's pro-Israel comments and actions before and since,   right now I can't envision Sarah Palin being in favor of anything that would remove Settlers from their homes and Israel giving up more land.     If she proves otherwise in the future,   then clearly my support for her would be substantially less.       Because Sarah Palin associated the ' two state solution'  with a McCain and Palin administration and not her own individual position,    I'm still willing to give her the benefit of the doubt.    Also,   because Sarah Palin was Governor of Alaska,    she might not have been familiar with the term '  two state solution'.    At the time,  she didn't have the detailed knowledge on many Foreign Policy issues.    One reason I was willing to overlook  this in 2008  is she has the willingness to study and learn.

Overall,   I think it would be for the best if JTF focused much more on the 2010 Congressional elections in the next 2 + months.   After that,   then much of the focus should turn to the 2012 Presidential Race.

Huckabee: I was never a fan of his but he appears to be the most socially conservative of any of this bunch, and plus he is the most strongly pro-Israel of any of the candidates. I will trust Chaim's judgment that he is the best man.
Romney: A Republican party hack who was never a genuine conservative, but someone who I think is fairly trustworthy to not do nutty things.
Gingrich: A political opportunist and shyster who supported pornography while he was in Congress. Wildly unpopular with average voters.
Thompson (Larry Flynt): See comments for Gingrich, plus he's an ancient, decrepit fossil.
John McCain: No comment needed.
Ron Paul: "

Sarah Palin: Talked up a big conservative game and then not only failed to deliver, but endorsed all of the most horrible candidates imaginable in this year's primaries. The least intelligent of all of these candidates and the least qualified.

This is entirely possible.  I want to know more about Palin's feelings and stand on Israel.  Has she ever said anything that is anti-Israel????

She supports the "two-state solution". Granted she probably doesn't know what the heck that means (which makes her really ignorant), but even so it's bad enough.
