The site seems (to me at least and correct me if I'm wrong) to be very proud of Jews who are doing/and have done very well in Baseball. It's a database of successful Jews in the sport of baseball. So then why use the "K" word? I was trying to figure this out. My conclusion is that the site's owner/administrator/whatever has a bizarre sense of humor -- either that, or they don't realize how offensive they are. I'm guessing that they think "K___'s throwing strikes" is clever -- or something. I'm also conjecturing that, just like Blacks use the "N" amongst themselves all the time, this site's owner, in a similar fashion, is using the "K" word and thinks that his rhyme is funny or clever. It isn't. Looking past that, I, as a baseball fan, like the information contained therein about Jews in baseball. Of course, the 2 most famous Jews in baseball are Hank Greenberg and Sandy Koufax. Sandy Koufax is considered to have been the greatest pitcher of all time. If you like baseball and don't know about these two great Jewish players, you might enjoy reading about them. Koufax wouldn't pitch on Yom Kippur.
