I couldn't believe what I just saw right now!

In a nearby public parking lot, in full view of everyone, a negro just took a leak right in the middle of the parking lot!  :o

Was this in a Downtown/  Midtown type of area,    a residential neighborhood in a city,   or in a suburban location?

I saw that a lot, but it was in the downtown area.  Also, Ive noticed my area has more and more Hobos.  I cant wait to move.
