If convicted, this creature will probably serve twenty months in a country-club jail and lose his license for a few years after getting out. Meanwhile Jonathan Pollard rots on federal death row for doing something that was completely lawful according to international treaty, and that saved countless American and Israeli lives.

Woman killed in car accident in Tucson

TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) — Charges are pending against the driver of a pickup truck that caused two accidents in north Tucson, one of which resulted in a fatality.
Tucson police say the 25-year-old male driver caused one accident and then kept going and caused another accident that claimed the life of a 44-year-old woman. Two people from the earlier accident were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
The name of the deceased woman is being withheld until her family members are notified.
Police say the driver who caused the accidents has non-life threatening injuries. His name also hasn't been released yet.
