LONG before Barack Hussein Obama ' won ' the 2008 Election,    it was clear as day that his agenda didn't reflect the vision of America's Founding Fathers and Mothers.     Nothing that BHO has done since his occupation of the oval office in January,  2009 has been surprising.      The Lamestream Media purposely ignored the massive amount of evidence against BHO.       Having said that,   it doesn't excuse those who voted for BHO.      Especially in this era of the Internet and alternative media in general.

yes, the constitution is alive and changing. it changes by 2/3rds of each house and 3/4ths of the state legislatures. nothing else changes the constitution.
