Responses to Obamas 'State of the Union' speech

I did not see the speech and I have no desire to sit through it. I will read what he has said and listen to the responses from the Republicans and the Tea Party...

I just watched Republican Paul Ryan do a good job of explaining why Obama and his economic strategy are completely wrong for the country. I think Mr. Ryan did a good job...

Rep. Bachman presents the Tea Party response to the SOTU speech...

You shall make yourself the Festival of Sukkoth for seven days, when you gather in [the produce] from your threshing floor and your vat.And you shall rejoice in your Festival-you, and your son, and your daughter, and your manservant, and your maidservant, and the Levite, and the stranger, and the orphan, and the widow, who are within your cities

I think they wrote him a pretty good speech but a notable exception is when he took pains to express solidarity with american muslims and to say how much he loves them.  Another glaring problem w the speech is that he kept promoting 'clean energy' funding and innovation instead of alternative energy like we really need.    He also mentioned high tech countries like south korea and other countries US trades with but of course made sure not to mention partnerships with Israel lest his nuslims get offended.
