Her only crime: Being a Christian in a “moderate muslim” nation of Pakistan.
Being poor, she did not sit back idly to receive government assistance. To provide for her family, she went to work as a laborer in the field day in and day out. Not too long ago, she was working on a farm with fellow workers, when muslim women started to harass her about her choice of following Christ. As they continued to barrage her LORD with insults, she remained quiet and continued to focus on getting her job done. But they would not give up. As the taunting and insults continued, she finally decided to tell them of her love of Jesus Christ and how much her LORD had done for her. She followed up with a simple question: What has Mohammad done for you? Stunned, the muslim women had no good answer. They immediately joined together and picked up stones to beat her up for “questioning Mohammad”. By God’s Grace, she managed to survive the beating.
A few days later, after a regular muslim prayer service and worship gathering in the name of Mohammad’s God, a group of muslims decided they had to teach Asia another lesson. Joining together, they severely beat her up once again. Seemingly in a coordinated fashion, the muslim officers showed up and arrested the Mom who was being beaten up. Then they took Asia to jail to await a public hanging after a sham court date.
According to Article 295-C of Pakistani “laws”, muslims execute anyone they want as long as the person is charged by a group of fellow muslims for “blaspheming” mohammad. This is a good way for our “moderate muslim ally” nation to keep a lid on all non-muslims in check, and make sure no one but muslims are allowed to be truly free in their country.
Around this time, a salesman who got upset with a physician for not buying his product, charged the Doctor with “blasphemy” when he threw the salesman’s card into the trash. Why was it “blasphemous”? The Salesman’s name is Mohammad, so his card had the name “Mohammad” written on it.
Feels like a twilight zone script, where the inmates are running the asylum. Unfortunately, this has been reality of islamic law for almost 1400 years.
In support of Asia, many around the world joined in unison, calling for her release. In the call to return to sanity in the laws of our “moderate muslim ally”, a Pakistani Governor started responding by asking the citizens to change the laws. In response, muslim pastors called for the death of the Governor. Quickly, a parishioner who was also the body guard for the Governor, shot him in cold blood. He is now hailed as a hero to millions of muslims in the picture. Millions of muslims in our “moderate muslim” nation are marching IN SUPPORT of islamic blaphemy laws and for not only the murder of Asia, but also the release of this bodyguard.
Muslims believe that Pakistan should honor Mohammad by living according to the teachings and practice of Mohammad as taught in the qur’an & hadith. Sadly that means that only muslims have equal rights; while nonmuslims have the right to die or live as second class citizens under the whim of their fellow muslim rulers.
To civilized people raised in lands benefiting from the heritage of Christ honoring laws, the islamic laws sound so outrageously contradictory to the daily bombardments of the mind numbing mantra “islam is a religion of peace”. Yet, it is obvious that the practice of islam does not allow for even basic human rights of non-muslims. If Pakistan, Egypt, Turkey and Saudi Arabia are supposed to be “moderate” or “secular” muslim nations, where does that leave the fate of non-muslims in lands run by more dedicated muslims?
The response of President Hussein Obama to this horrifying situation in our “allied” nation is horrifying. Not once has he called to ask for the release of this innocent Mom. Instead today, his administration announced they are going to route another 7 BILLION (NOT MILLION), BILLION DOLLARS, of the money of hard working Americans to support this Pakistani government under the guise of “flood aid”. This announcement of yet another few Billion dollars in support of muslim nations around the world, sends chills down the spines of non-muslims living in lands run by muslims.
With our newly elected Congress member trying hard to cut down our debt, it seems the administration finds new ways to throw our citizen’s money down the drain, even while Millions of our own citizens are suffering from unemployment. How can we give more money we do not have? Why are we giving the money to the same government that’s attacking basic rights of the Mother of five beautiful children?
It’s time to call our congressional representatives to ask them to stop funding muslim governments that are terrorizing innocent non-muslims around the world, don’t you agree?
