Keep in touch. Give us updates on what it's like and what to expect.

AWESOME!

Mazel Tov! I guess it's THIS YEAR IN JERUSALEM for you! I doubt you have made plans for Pesach yet but you will have a great Passover this year...

You shall make yourself the Festival of Sukkoth for seven days, when you gather in [the produce] from your threshing floor and your vat.And you shall rejoice in your Festival-you, and your son, and your daughter, and your manservant, and your maidservant, and the Levite, and the stranger, and the orphan, and the widow, who are within your cities
Duet 16:13-14

My warmest congratulations ! I hope everything will be for the best and that you will adapt easily and find a good job there. I guess you will be busy extending your Hebrew skills in the beginning.
I wish we could all do the same and get together as brothers and friends once we are in Israel.

When I get to Israel I will think about settling in Tzfat. Just last Shabbat I was talking with a Breslover from Tzfat who was visiting with a Rabbi... It is all Holy Land to us Jews.
