I think that was a good commercial. I don't think the actual girl in the video was a child bride, but was acting in the commercial to represent them. A lot of girls that age and younger are forced into prostitution too.

Most Sefardi Jews who came to Israel in the 1950s came over with their Jewess wives whom they had married in Arab countries as girls at the age of 12 or 13, the Halachically mandated minimum age.
