I have proposed ways of demonstrating to the arab traitors in Israel that there is no 'Nakbah' except for the catastrophe which they themselves created for themselves.

On 'nakba' day patriotic Israelis will be waving Israeli flags and handing out Israeli flags to people. I think this is a wonderful idea because Israelis have nothing to feel bad about concerning the situation the arabs are in. They were given their own state to begin with and yet they refused to accept it, and wanted to continue to push the Jews into the sea.

If the arabs want a real catastrophe they will continue to engage in 'resistance' which is their code-word for terrorism.

Israelis Called to Wave Israeli Flags Proudly on Nakba Day
Iyar 9, 5771, 13 May 11 06:00
by Elad Benari

(Israelnationalnews.com) As Palestinian Authority Arabs prepare public demonstrations to mark the ‘Nakba Day’ (literally the "catastrophe", which is how they characterize the Gregorian date of the establishment of the State of Israel) on Sunday, Jews in Israel are planning a Zionist response to the planned activities.

After all, they say, had the state been established even earlier, the real catastrophe of 6 million Jews murdered in the Holocaust who had nowhere to escape, would have been avoided.

Intefatigable Shomron Mayor Gershon Mesika is calling on Israeli citizens to fly Israeli flags on their vehicles and homes, as well as post pictures of the Israeli on their Facebook accounts this coming Sunday.

Mesika made the appeal in a personal letter he wrote to Samaria residents over the weekend. On Thursday, the Samaria Residents’ Council began to distribute Mesika’s message across the country, both among residents of local communities in Judea and Samaria, as well as in other local councils across Israel. Branches of The Land of Israel Task Force in Rehovot and Haifa, as well as the National Jewish Staff in Tel Aviv joined in the effort to spread the message as well.

Activists from the Samaria Residents’ Council plan to stand at major intersections throughout the country on Sunday and hand out Israeli flags to drivers.

Mesika’s letter reads as follows:

This Sunday, we will all raise with pride the flag of Israel.

'Nakba Day' is translated into Hebrew as Yom Hashoah [Holocaust Remembrance Day –ed.]. This is how the ‘Palestinian’ Authority leadership has chosen to refer to the establishment of Israel. Indeed, it is not surprising, since at the head of that terror authority is Holocaust denier Abu-Mazen [Mahmoud Abbas –ed.].

This year the Authority is trying to intensify the events of that day, as a propaganda step on the way to their one-side declaration of a state in September.

The hysteria which the PA and its PR people from the far left are trying to inflict on the citizens of Israel is nothing but a balloon filled with hot air.

They too know very well that according to international law, only whoever is controlling an area can establish a state, and to our delight Israel is the one controlling it. Those PR people who are trying to frighten the public in Israel remember well that the UN already voted in 1988 in favour of the establishment of a ‘Palestinian’ state (by a majority of 104 against 2) and Arafat even officially declared it. All this had no meaning since Israel controls most of Judea and Samaria, the cradle of the Jewish people, and protects the whole country from there. (editor's note: the high ground of Judea and Samaria overlooks the entire coast of Israel, its most populated urban area, which, if in other hands, would make this part of Israel vulnerable to primitive rockets).

On Sunday, we will all raise the Israeli flag everywhere: on cars, on our homes and on our Facebook accounts.

Hundreds of thousands of Israeli citizens in cities across the country will raise the flag along with us.

We will raise the flag proudly, and say to the world: Am Yisrael Chai [the people of Israel live].”
You shall make yourself the Festival of Sukkoth for seven days, when you gather in [the produce] from your threshing floor and your vat.And you shall rejoice in your Festival-you, and your son, and your daughter, and your manservant, and your maidservant, and the Levite, and the stranger, and the orphan, and the widow, who are within your cities
Duet 16:13-14

Attached to this post is a file containing a vector graphic of the Israeli flag. I just printed a few copies and will be putting them up on my wall at work.

That is a good initiative. There should be Israeli flags all over the place. The Arabs are such a pathetic people, they constantly blame the others for their own failures.
