Thank you Chaim, what a great show. I hope you are feeling better.
The banding together by the nations of the world against Israel is the guarantee that their time of destruction is near and the final redemption of the Jew at hand.

Chaim,

Thank you for taking the time to record this even though you were not feeling well.  The kind of insomnia you are talking about is common when people are feeling stressed or jus have many things on their minds.  Before I took my professional exams, I had great difficulty staying asleep, and there are things you can do to help ensure a longer sleep cycle.  If you ever want to discuss this, I am a PM away.

Chaim,

I like your answer to Nekama... I am somewhat concerned that that question was Lashon Hara against Ashkenazim... But you handled it well.

You shall make yourself the Festival of Sukkoth for seven days, when you gather in [the produce] from your threshing floor and your vat.And you shall rejoice in your Festival-you, and your son, and your daughter, and your manservant, and your maidservant, and the Levite, and the stranger, and the orphan, and the widow, who are within your cities
Duet 16:13-14

Chaim,

If it is possible for you to take a 30-minute break after lunch (which is not a long time), I recommend you lie down and try to relax completely and even take a nap if you can. This will revitalize you and relieve both your mind and body. It's a simple, natural, effective remedy if you cannot sleep more than 5 or 6 hours in a row at night.
You have to let go of the pressure at times.

i completely agree.

Power naps have been scietifically proven to be very sucessful

I heard that even you get 4 hours sleep, and a mid day 20 min power nap, you will perform as well as someone who got 7/8 hours sleep.

Also even if you do get 8 hours, everyone has a lag at mid afternoon, and experts still recommend a power nap of about 20 minutes.
