We Jews Have No Right to Any of Our Holy Places
« on: May 30, 2011, 12:03:49 PM »
What kind of people are we? We fool ourselves thinking we have a safe land for Jews to live in but in reality we are not secure in our own land. We are slaves and dhimmis in the land which we occupy. There is not a single Holy Jewish site a Jew can pray at without being threatened with death and escorted by the army.

We cannot pray at any Jewish site:

1) The Har Habayit/Temple Mount is OFF LIMITS for Jews to pray at.
2) The Cave of the Patriarchs in Hebron is OFF LIMITS for Jews to pray at {most of the time}.
3) The Tomb Of Joseph in Schem is OFF LIMITS for Jews to pray at {Unless arranged with the IDF and only in small numbers}.

These rank amongst the HOLIEST sites in the Jewish religion and yet we are not allowed to even pray there.

This is not a Jewish land where Jews can live in peace and security in their own land.... This is torture...

You shall make yourself the Festival of Sukkoth for seven days, when you gather in [the produce] from your threshing floor and your vat.And you shall rejoice in your Festival-you, and your son, and your daughter, and your manservant, and your maidservant, and the Levite, and the stranger, and the orphan, and the widow, who are within your cities
Duet 16:13-14

1,600 Jews pray at Joseph's tomb

Sorry about the last few hours - I crashed.

Some 200 Jews 'infiltrated' the town of Shchem (Nablus) on Sunday night and went to pray at Joseph's tomb. 50 of them attempted to stay in the tomb and clashed with the IDF.

According to Army Radio, the infiltrators called for Israel to retake control over the area.

"This behavior risks lives and leads to the unnecessary risking of soldiers' lives who were forced to act even in daylight in the center of Nablus," the statement added.

Overnight Sunday, Palestinian filed complaints about property damage which will be looked into.

"The IDF sees the behavior of the infiltrators as severely irresponsible and it will be examined in cooperation with various security forces, who will also check the nature of the security over the entrance to Joseph's Tomb for the future," the IDF spokesperson said.

In related news, about 1600 worshippers entered Joseph's Tomb Sunday night under the approval of the IDF. Due to high demand to visit the Tomb, the number of buses to the destination were doubled.

But Arutz Sheva writes that the real story was the 1,600 Jews who entered with the IDF's permission.

The IDF approved the pilgrimage in honor of the special "Yesod she'byesod" day of the Omer counting, which is considered to be a special "Joseph" day. It was held five weeks after Palestinian Authority soldiers intentionally shot at Jewish worshipers at the holy site, killing Ben Yosef Livnat.

Let's go to the videotape.

For the record, under the 'Oslo Accords,' designated Jewish Holy sites, including Joseph's tomb, are supposed to remain under Israeli control. That has not been the case since defenseless defense minister Ehud Barak - who was Prime Minister at the time - ordered an IDF soldier to be abandoned to bleed to death rather than offend the 'Palestinians.' That incident took place on the Jewish New Year, Rosh HaShanna, 5761 (in the fall of 2000).

It's bad enough that we make one-sided deals in favor of these beasts, we could at least keep the few things in the deals that are in our favor.

"Rights" are granted by G-D and these can NEVER be torn down, dismissed, controlled by human beings. These rights are perpetual although humans or created institutions will try to control people by use of law or force to deny these rights. Our response should be based on Torah and its teachings. The worse these people can do is kill the body. These rights are never going away so keep breaking "the rules" in order to exverisce our "RIGHTS"
Remember there has to be strong silent men on the walls at night to protect the people. Be Strong but not aggressive. Be Peaceful but not weak. Defend the Jewish People at all cost.

Of course I know this, that the Jewish people have a 'right' granted by the Most High which supersedes any human law. But Jews should not just accept this. We must daven to be closer to him, by connecting to his Holy places, and our very dear patriarchs and matriarchs who are in the land.

When I read about the desecration of Hashem being perpetrated by the enemies of the Jewish people it makes my blood boil. That a lovely young Jewish man was shot while attempting to pray at Josephs tomb this year makes my heart break. That a righteous Jewish Rabbi and his family were massacred in cold blood on Shabbat while living in the land which Hashem gave us makes my soul cry out. Hashem will hear our cries, but we must be crying sincerely, and our prayers and our deeds must bring Hashems will into the world.

I fully agree, it is a complete disgrace, and it shows that Jews are not sovereign in their own land.
