May Hashem reward him doubly for taking this stand...and may it be an example for others who would have compromised themselves.

Now, I don't seem to recall JTF's stance on this guy, but if we weren't supposed to fans of his, I have to hand it to him taking this stance. I have a lot of respect for that and he deserves to be rewarded for that.

Well it's better that he did not participate anyway because I don't think he would have been able to express his views properly in a TV reality show...
