Very true my friend has 3 beautiful girlfriends in Colombia and many friends in General.He said he saw Orthodox Jews walking  safely in4  cities in Colombia

I have noticed that Jews live in such affluent communities in such third world hell holes in Latin America and other places.

No doubt about it, I think some left Europe during the holocaust and never really intended to stay in South America or the 3rd world countries but never really ended up leaving either, South America is by no means a safe haven for Jews at all as all Jews should eventually return to Israel, however the worse countries on that list are Venezuela, Brazil, and Argentina. Nazis were kept safe in much of Brazil and Argentina, lived well in the wilderness or in some condo in the city and died of old age without facing justice. There are some rumors that float around that Hitler never really "committed" suicide but fled to Argentina though I am not so sure of those stories, but nothing surprises me. I have a few Argentinian Jewish friends and they have never complained about Jew-hatred there.  But obviously, many Nazis excaped to Argentina after WWII so that certainly is a toxic mix.
