Jewish man arrested for picking up a pinch of dust on Temple Mount !

The only crime of this Jew was to pick up a pinch of dust on the morning of his daughter's wedding day.
This is considered to have “potential to disturb the peace” ! He is now barred indefinitely from accessing the Temple Mount ! And this is supposed to be a "Jewish state" ?
