The problem with legislation like this is that no one even the people voting on it actually know what the final result will be should something like this actually pass... This bill seems to be represented as something protecting copyrights however in the end it will have elements in the law that allows the government to do a whole lot more... My question to some of the politicians on the list would be is it benign neglect of sinister intentions which motivates them to sign legislation like this.
