I think they are trying to say...as dumb as the president of the United States.

Racism/sexism against white males is the acceptable hatred in this country. It's really a shame.

The thing is the majority of black Americans dint have a clue about math nor understand the concept of saving...Iu believe this is true with a higher proportion of blacks over whites.

Most blacks will spend their money ASAP.  So this commercial is another inaccuracy.
